We cater to a range of both sporting and leisure groups offering to take the hard work out of planning a short break away to leave you able to enjoy your break with your friends, team mates or work colleagues without any of the usual worries. lOW Tours has built up a Special Events department which is now running regular Line dance, Sequence dance, Square dance, Petanque, Skittles, Short Mat Bowls and Darts Breaks all around the UK. We have recently added Salsa Weekends to our dancing repertoire and are always keen to welcome new ideas and events.

1. What special event are you looking for?
We can organise anything from Bingo, fishing and golf to corporate team building, Gala dinners and conference meetings. To alleviate the pressure of organising such an event, we take care of everything down to the tiniest detail. From booking accommodation, travel arrangements, bands, dance halls and sporting venues right down to organising flowers for the tables, trophies for the sportsmen and tickets for your raffle, lOW Tours will have it all in hand.

2. Where would you like your special event holiday to be held?
We can arrange any destination within the UK, Jersey, Southern Ireland or Europe that you require. Also we can find you accommodation to suit all your requirements be it a large city central hotel, a fun family holiday, a quiet country hotel or a beautiful seafront location.

3. Any other requirements you need?
We can arrange all requirements you need for your specific break. We will liaise with you on a regular basis to ensure we provide every element you need to create a tailor made break just for you, be it name cards for your seating plan, or booking your favourite band or dancing instructors!

4. What has the holiday got to offer the organiser?
We provide incentives for all our organisers and can arrange a free
site visit for you to look at the hotel or holiday centre we offer to
ensure it is the right destination for your group. To help keep your
holiday completely stress free, you will have a dedicated member
of the lOW Tours staff available to you on site from start to finish
to ensure your break runs smoothly leaving you to relax and
enjoy your time away.
